| Nothing? |
[March 12th 2006|12.18am] |

Nope, nothing. I don't feel like doing anything. I don't feel like hoping for tomorrow, or pondering on yesterday. I should feel happy, but I'm just tired. Poo poo poo!

| New things, yo! |
[January 22nd 2006|11.25pm] |
The first one is a clay pendant I made this afternoon. I like how it turned out. The second is a custom book. It's 99% complete. I just have to add finishing touches :P We'll be getting our drama audition scripts tmr and I'm so excited. I dreamt that I killed someone yesterday night and I was part of a ghost/horror movie. I was the ghost. And I couldn't sleep all night.
I went out with a whole bunch of people yesterday to celebrate Han Sern's birthday and to tell you the truth, I never expected to enjoy myself. I did! It was great :)

What shall I blog about? *think think think* Ah yes, custom books! I've almost completed making another custom book for May. And next I will make clay jewellery! I can't wait :D
Hmm... oh, and school. Too much homework and so little time to study. Unless homework is considered as studying. And mass communications is the right path for meeee, squee! But should I write, broadcast or direct? Eenie meenie miney mo! Crap, this sucks. This is the result of having nothing in particular to write about!
Swell, eh? Anyway, please do visit my online store here. Thankies!

| Tired Eyes and Heavy Sighs |
[January 3rd 2006|10.20pm] |
School has just begun again. I'm looking forward to everything, including the exams, I'm going to look at it as a challenge! Yup, so anyway, I'll be 17 this year, which means I'll be learning to drive. SPM (huge, important exam) ends exactly on the day before my birthday. We're seniors at school (and we get priorities haha) too.
I just sold my first book. Thanks Dina :) Now I have some money to buy some clay and make clay jewellery, yays! I'm so tired. Thus, the tired eyes and heavy sighs.
Things I have accomplished today: - Bought "The Pearl" for English literature and managed to read more than half of it. - Started with Chapter 1 of Additional Maths and understood it perfectly. - Not be impatient or mad at my mom for being almost an hour late.
That's a good start XD

| Discouraged |
[December 24th 2005|4.12pm] |
Yeah well, I'm feeling a little discouraged about the whole shop thing because none of my books are turning out well. The second one, which I posted about in my second blog entry here, is the most perfect, but the corners have ripped cloth, because I cut the cloth too near to the corners. The third one I made: it was a little bigger than the rest, less pages and had a brown fruitty fabric cover, was fine too, but I didn't align the signatures properly so it ended up too close to the edge on one side and too far from the edge on another side.
I just made a duplicate of the second one, turned out swell, but it took me longer to do than usual. I should have cut Vs near the spine, but I didn't. And I shouldn't have pasted such a small piece of black cloth to the signatures. It won't open properly now :( I guess I'll give them away as gifts ;)
You don't have to understand this. I just want to jot it down so I remember which method to use. The next book I've designed is a little black book with a red ribbon with white polka dots. Hopefully that will be my first sales item.
Christmas is tomorrow. I have no tree and no turkey. My brother's having some friends over for a pot-luck party and I'm not sure if I'm joining them or going out to eat.
My pc's hardrive is dead. I'll have to buy another one. In the meantime, I'm using my brother's pc. Swell, just swell.
Ah yes and I have been studying! Go me ;)

So I've made up my mind to code and design my own shop located at killberry.net because I hate customizing preinstalled scripts like Zen Cart and/or OS Commerce. They're too complicated for my simple-minded brain anyway. So the stuff I'll sell are empty journals, beaded jewellery and possibly in the near future, pouches, bags and totes. I hope all will go well because I just spent a hundred ringgit on cloth, felt, ribbons and paper. If it doesn't, then I'll try selling them at local stores like Wondermilk :D That's an idea! Huhuh!

I just came back from shopping. Shopping for fabric, ribbons and felt. So off I go to make more books! I bought some really really beautiful cloth and I can't wait to start bookbinding again. I hope to start selling them as soon as possible! But I don't know what system to use, I already have Zen Cart installed on my website but it looks so difficult to customize. I don't know what method of money transfer I shall use: Paypal? Money orders? Or through the mail? I have so much to think of. But I have to admit that I'm enjoying myself in the meantime.

I'm so proud of myself. This is the second hard-cover journal I have made and it looks good. Some parts are slightly off but I'll learn from my mistakes. But I don't know what to do with this journal... Oh poop!

Yay! I'm part of the LJ community. I'm trying to customize my page so I hope all goes well. Next thing I'm going to do is join the communities which is actually the main reason why I decided to get myself a Live Journal account. Oh my, I want a sewing machine for Christmas!
Edit// Blast it! I can't get this customizing thing right! This is harder than I thought. Lend me a helping hand?
